Friday night we open the barn early, with music from DJ L Boogie. Saturday and Sunday the yard sale is open to everybody. The online auction runs the whole time, and you can bid from home.

Online bidding opens August 30. Until then we’re still gathering lots — if you have something to donate, now is the time.

The Weekend

Friday night, then two days at the barn

September 11–13, 2026 at the Mt. Vernon Farm Barn in Sperryville. Friday night is ticketed. Saturday and Sunday are open to everyone, no ticket needed.

The Pre-Sale Party

Starts 6:00 PM DJ L Boogie MC to be announced

Get the first look. Browse the pre-sale before the doors open to the public on Saturday, and place your bids on auction items while DJ L Boogie spins.

No. Yard sale items are never listed in the online auction.

In short:Yard sale items are bought. Auction items are bid on. A Friday $30 or $60 ticket buys early access to purchase yard sale items — it is not a bid.

Rappahannock’s own DJ L Boogieis bringing the party to this year’s auction — spinning old-school funk, disco, R&B, house, and hip-hop across eight decades of music.

A Queens-born, Flint Hill–based turntablist who’s rocked everything from black-tie galas and winery weddings to the Universal Hip-Hop Museum, she reads the room and keeps every generation on the dance floor.

Registering confirms you're a real bidder. You're only charged if you win.

Set your max, bid by proxy

Enter the most you'd pay. We bid up to it for you, only as needed.

Lots close on a schedule

Items close in staggered waves across the weekend — not all at once.

Winners pay bid + 5%

Winning bidders are charged their final bid plus a 5% processing fee.
