It’s that time of year again: the Rapp Dems’ Earth Day Highway Cleanup to beautify and celebrate our little piece of Mother Earth along 211 between the Library and Massie’s Corner. The usual stalwarts assembled and collected almost 40 bags of trash. Then we sat down for sandwiches and drinks in front of the Library. Happy Earth Day, Rappahannock!
